We are back home!

We made it home Sunday morning. After a 19 hour bus ride it was so great to see the beautiful Chicago Skyline. We missed home a lot. As we look back on the trip we think to ourselves, how in the world did we do this? This trip has definitely made a huge impact on us. Some of us have changed our perspective on things, some of us appreciate nature more, and some have even changed for the better.
The people we met on the road couldn't have been any nice to us. We would like to thank everyone who opened their homes to us. We would also like to thank everyone who said all the nice things to us and to everyone who supported us throughout the whole trip. And a special thank you to our parents for all the support and troubles they went through while we were gone. And for the extra financial help while on the road.

Thank You
To all who believed in us
To all who doubted us
To all those that just didn't give a shit
To Jamazing aka Jamez Lagan Secundo For Realz
To Tony Michal
To all the Media Outlets
To all those that helped us out while we were in need of help.

We will be updating our site very soon.
We will be uploading new pictures, reflections on the trip from each person, media coverage and a official trailer for the movie.

Now that we are home it is time to start working on the movie. The adventure maybe be over but the work has just begun.

We're In New York City!

After a month and five days we have finally arrived at our destination!
New York City is incredible. At night, Time Square is as bright as day. And it seems like this city never sleeps.

We are enjoying our stay and still taking it all in. This whole trip has been unbelievable and it's definitely an experience we will never forget.
We would like to thank everyone back at home for the support and everyone we have met on the road.
You guys are the best! =]

Be sure to check our website in a week or so for a complete update.
We will be blogging our stay in NYC so keep checking that.

Thank You.

New York closer now Philly 4th

We spent 4th of July with Josh, a biker we met on the road 8 miles outside of the heart of the city. He showed us a good time and was a sweet host. Two words.... ROCK BAND.

We decided to spend the day in historic skate mecca, Love Park. Security was weak due to the holiday and we were able to get some runs in. Goosebumps were common place when thinking about all that had went down on the very ground on which we stepped. Later we realized that performance bike shop had sold us a bike without a rear brake spring. James Lagen had ridden his bike over the penn mountains with this bike problem since Columbus. We were unable to get it fixed here in philly so we just have to keep going on. 96 miles to new york city. Monday afternoon is our projected time of arrival. Its becoming kind of emotional knowing that we are so close to our goal. Spike O'dell of WGN radio back at home asked me last week "have you fallen in love with anyone on this trip?" I told him that i had not. But after some thought I felt that i should retract my statement. I have fallen in love. I fell in love with this great country side and the beauty of the rolling hills. I had fallen in love with the beautiful sunsets. I had fallen in love with nature. I had fallen in love with living and being able to experience a portion of what this world has to offer.

shreding on,

8 Days Steve Dave

Chambersburgh seemed like a eternity after a day in Breezewood, Pa. We are nearly out of this beautiful rough patch of ups and downs associated with the Appalachain Mountains. Pushing these awesomely heavy carts up the hills takes more out of you than the grilled cheese we ate. We hope to make it to Philly by the 4th of July via a 24 hour energy drink marathon striaght into New York City. We seem to be leaving later and later but still manage to make the milage for the day and gather some great footage in the meantime.
We have met some pretty interesting people along the way in PA. They all have very interesting stories to tell. Some inspirational, some heartwarming, and some sad.
We would like to wish Joe Barker a belated birthday. We hope your date of birth is an unforgetable one.
As the finish line approaches we look back and reflect on the good and bad times we have had knowing this is truely an unforgetable experience...But it doesn't end here. We still have 200 miles to go.

This World is beautiful.
